What is the typical shipping timeframe for home decor orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for furniture and textiles?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
At Parker on the Porch, we prioritize ethical manufacturing. We partner with artisans and suppliers who utilize sustainable materials and fair labor practices whenever possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be changed.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item is damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement.
